Thinking ahead safeguards our future

At DREWAG
we don’t develop new solutions just for the sake of novelty.
We believe that innovation must always deliver benefits for the customer
or for the environment - and safeguard our future. Take the example
of heat and power generation: in all our plants we use the modern
principle of combined heat and power generation. This helps us increase
the efficiency of our plants and greatly reduces pollutant emissions.
Yet we are not satisfied with that: we are continuing to develop the
principle in partnership with Dresden Technical University.
To allow greater opportunity for new ideas, DREWAG has set up an Innovation
Fund. Every year this Fund sponsors projects in the field of renewable
energies. In the future it will even endow a chair of “power
economics” at Dresden Technical University.
We are happy to accept new challenges for you. We develop innovative
solutions in the field of power and heat supply, even in quite special
cases. Just ask!
